Yes. Redgum Lab is based in Melbourne and can work remotely with businesses across Victoria and Australia. We’ll agree how discovery, testing and handover will work for your team.
What does AI automation cost?
The diagnosis is free. If you want it built, it’s A$7,500 fixed, agreed before work starts. Any recurring software cost is yours and passed through at cost.
Will we need to replace our software?
We start with what you already use. If an integration is unavailable or a change would help, we explain the trade-off before asking you to switch.
What happens to our customer information?
We agree which data the system needs, who can access it, where it is processed and how long it is retained. Customer messages and important decisions need clear approval and escalation rules.
Can I see a real client result?
Redgum Lab is new. The examples on this site illustrate a workflow; they aren’t client results. We can walk through what a system could do for your process and agree how to test it.
